Jason founded Cynozure from his kitchen table in 2016, but these days he’s got his hands full with a busy life which combines scaling the business alongside home life with his two kids, their football teams, his wife and his dog. In all honesty, Jason is the vision behind our mission and expanding brand, as well as the supporting hand that drives the team to be autonomous and high-performing. Jason says he wanted to lead a data agency that cared more about what is right for clients (and the industry) than what we can sell, and that much is clear from his work. He’s had a long career advising organisations on data, analytics and business intelligence, previously leading data transformation at one of the UK’s leading retailers, and now implements that same insight across his work with Cynozure, the CDO Hub and the Hub & Spoken podcast.

Tim loves travelling, regardless of whether he’s crossing London for the latest client workshop or adding to the list of countries he’s ventured out to (currently at 63/195 countries). His week can be incredibly varied, working with our crew of associates or strategising in a team meeting, before journeying home to St Albans to catch up on the Tottenham Hotspur score. Tim has had an extensive career in digital transformation and data before Cynozure, and says he really appreciates the wealth of problems he’s had the fortune of solving. For now, he looks forward to the rare opportunity to catch up on some thinking at home, and maybe even a skiing trip in the Alps.

Tim is also part of our coaching team, and provides coaching for data leaders.

George spends most of his week working with clients on-site, and fondly remembers his first project working in the world’s ‘most haunted theatre’. After a career as a web developer and data architect, George now works closely with the delivery team to implement tailored solutions in data and analytics.

When his morning ‘systems checks’ are completed, George enjoys travelling independently and running the odd 10K race in the muddy English countryside. He was also part of the small team that led the Let’s Own the News movement.

Keith heads up our Solution Architecture Practice.  He has over 25 years experience working on high end data systems and has particular experience working on customer data applications having been involved in the development of several loyalty programmes over the years (Keith has worked at Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Immediate Media).

All of his four children have now flown the nest which is leaving a bit more time for his passions of cycling, yoga, guitar and sour-dough.

As a solutions architect, Tom works with clients to design, develop and deploy the right technical solution to ensure each business gets the most value from their data. Having initially trained as a Physicist, leaving full-time education with a PhD from Imperial College in 2019, Tom began work as Data Scientist for LW Theatres, a leading theatre company based in the heart of London’s West End. In this role, Tom first worked closely with Cynozure, to help design and build a Data Warehouse platform capable of powering BI reporting and predictive analytics workflows that revolutionised how data was used in the West End theatre industry.

Away from work, Tom is an avid Skier and Golfer, keen to spend the winter sliding through the Alps and the summer hacking around the golf course (battling to get that handicap down). He is also a keen guitarist and (more recently) a budding amateur luthier, and looks forward to starting a new band with his colleagues at Cynozure.

Allison is passionate about using information to transform the way the world works. She advises organisations on how best to realise strategic growth through data and insight. Her specialties include: innovation, analytics, data, strategy, building high performing teams – and also individuals as a coach, market and product development, and mountains. Out side of work Allison is a qualified mountain leader.
